    By accessing or using Leads10 ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

    3. Description of Service

    Leads10 is an AI-assisted B2B prospecting tool that analyzes company domains and identifies real business companies that may align with your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

    The Service may provide:

    • Domain analysis
    • Business profile interpretation
    • Company prospect suggestions
    • Fit scores
    • Match reasons
    • Export tools

    Outputs are provided for informational and research purposes only. Leads10 does not guarantee business outcomes, customer conversion, or prospect suitability.

    4. User Accounts

    To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

    • Provide accurate registration information
    • Keep your login credentials secure
    • Remain responsible for activity under your account

    5. Credits and Payments

    The Service uses a credit-based system:

    • 1 credit = 1 operation
    • Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant third-party payment provider
    • Free credits may be offered once per account
    • Unused credits may expire or be removed if accounts remain inactive for extended periods

    6. AI-Assisted Output Disclaimer

    Leads10 uses AI to analyze business signals and suggest company prospects. You acknowledge that:

    • Outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information
    • All results require your own independent review
    • Business decisions and outreach remain entirely your responsibility

    Leads10 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or commercial value of any output.

    7. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use the Service to:

    • Violate laws or regulations
    • Send spam or abusive communications
    • Interfere with platform operations
    • Scrape or copy platform output automatically
    • Resell platform output without permission

    8. Intellectual Property

    All software, source code, designs, content, brand assets, logos, the "Leads10" name and logo, workflows, scoring methodology, match-reason structure, output schemas, documentation, and any other original materials that make up the Service are owned by the operator of Leads10 and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. Third-party product names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Service remain the property of their respective owners. No rights are granted to you except the limited, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

    You agree that you will NOT, and will not assist or permit any third party to:

    • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, models, prompts, scoring logic, or any underlying technology of the Service;
    • Copy, distill, fine-tune, train, evaluate, or benchmark any AI model, dataset, or derivative work using the Service or its output;
    • Scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror, or use any automated means (bots, scripts, headless browsers, etc.) to access the Service or extract its output;
    • Use the Service or its output to build, train, or improve any competing product or service, or to perform competitive benchmarking, feature comparison, or performance testing for publication;
    • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or other proprietary notice;
    • Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service or its output without our prior written permission.

    Any violation of this Section 8 is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of unused credits, and legal action including injunctive relief and recovery of damages and attorneys' fees to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    9. Service Availability

    We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

    9a. DMCA and Copyright Notices

    If you believe content on the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to support@leads10.com that includes: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement made in good faith that the use is not authorized, and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder. We respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law.

    9b. Security Reporting

    To report a security vulnerability, email support@leads10.com or see /.well-known/security.txt. Please do not publicly disclose issues until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond.

    10. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for misuse or prolonged inactivity.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leads10 is not liable for indirect, incidental, business, or financial losses arising from use of the Service. You use the Service entirely at your own discretion and risk.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.

    13. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
