4. What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell personal data

5. Payments
Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant third-party payment provider. Leads10 does not store full payment card details.

The Service may rely on third-party providers for payments, authentication, and infrastructure.
9. Analytics and Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymized site usage (pages viewed, general region, device type). We operate Google Analytics with Consent Mode v2 set to denied by default for advertising and analytics storage, with IP anonymization and ads-data redaction enabled. We do not run advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or marketing trackers.
You can opt out at any time by:
- Enabling "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" in your browser
- Installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on
- Blocking analytics cookies in your browser settings
10. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
For users in the EU/UK, our legal bases under Article 6 of the GDPR are: (a) contract — to provide the Service you have signed up for (account creation, authentication, credit operations, payment processing); (b) legitimate interest — to operate, secure, and improve the Service, prevent abuse, and surface publicly available company-level business information for B2B prospecting; and (c) consent — for optional analytics, which default to denied until you grant permission.
11. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
If you are located in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising. To exercise any right, email support@leads10.com.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves.
